Neon Rainbow

This is a 2-for-1 post, linking up with both EBEW, and the OTI extravaganza week.  My nieces are visiting right now, and I thought they would love my bright outfit.  When I came out of my room wearing this, Delia looked me up and down skeptically and said "whoa!  That is weird!  I mean, it's a little bright!"  Then Matti went and changed her outfit to try matching me as much as possible.  You just never know what to expect with these two girls.
